Vegetarian Savory Oatmeal Recipe – Healthy Vegetarian Recipes On Video

| April 14, 2012 | 50 Comments

Recipe: This savory oatmeal recipe was borne out of a desire for whole grains, the backbone of many healthy vegetarian recipes. After spending a week in Olympos where our dinners were made for us, I had to think of something to make that would make up for all of the white rice we’d eaten.

    crazy no handle pan mam

  6. HermioneNo1 says:

Sorry, but imo you are killing the vegetables! Both mushrooms and zucchini only need a couple of minutes stir frying, as you can eat both raw as well…and you were in Turkey – why not use fresh garlic???
If I had these ingredients only, I probably would make oatmeal patties with stir-fried veggies – but that’s just me, I don’t like mushy veggies…:-)

  7. InvisiMan2006 says:

Holy smokes this is good! I made it without the zucchini (didn’t have any) and I’m eating it right now. Amazing combination of ingredients.

  8. healthyvegan says:

thank you! no, no makeup – just Turkish sunlight 😉

  9. krossbonnez says:

  10. b0rtie says:

I just made this today, and I am just floored as to how good it is. I didn’t believe that one could use just a small amount of oil for all those veggies, but my word! Healthy, light tasting and vegan!

    I’m a vegan and i’m very happy! I just became a vegan about a month now :)

  31. richter75 says:

Nope never, they are like aliens to me..

  32. ArtsyPetals says:

i haven’t had her version, but i’ve been to a raw cafe before and the “bread” of the pizza actually tastes really good! It actually tastes really good on it’s own.

  33. ArtsyPetals says:

    you’ve never met a vegetarian?

  34. theseeker3924 says:

    LOL agreed

  35. richter75 says:

Vegetarian!!! Where are they? Ive heard of them, but never met or seen one! What a waste of a life!!

  36. FireEyedMaidOfWar says:

Refusing to eat flesh should be outlawed and declared high treason! Since Cato the Elder did eat meat in order to preserve his strength for the state (according to Plutarch): “…and that the meat or fish which was bought in the market for his dinner, did not cost above thirty asses. All which was for the sake of the commonwealth, that so his body might be the hardier for the war.” But since crucifixion is no longer available death by firing squad is the proper punishment for this dear offence!

  37. masterclas18 says:

It looks like shit and it probably tastes like shit.

  38. Idrilz says:

it looks like a salad on a nutty piece of shit.

  39. MrMuesli says:

I always got an “Hals” if I hear that accent

  40. alinats1979 says:

true! what’s wrong with normal pizza without cheese?

  41. hinessa says:

When foreigners hear us talk in their language with our American accents do they also find us adorable?

  42. pyrokayla says:

OMG! those look so fudging good!! would you make them 4 me?

  43. BlakOktobure says:

The subtitles don’t even align with what they say either.. They lag to much.

  44. 1111cam says:

They should label videos better. I’m vegan, but I’m not a raw fooder, I like my pizza cooked! “Vegetarian pizza” doesn’t give enough description.

  45. RichardForkins says:

It sounds like she says “dehydradle” lol

  46. coolbeens21 says:

  47. Fast2Shadows says:

How is this easy? Who has a dehydrator? o.O?

  48. 1111cam says:

deaf people do, dude. You can turn them off, though with the “cc” button.

  49. xaviermockingbird says:

I like the subtitles , but I would like to see her COOK THE FOOD MORE !

  50. 633336 says:
