My classmates laughed when I told them I would burn fat with Trim Fat Maximizer, but then they saw the results. Do a search on google for Trim Fat Maximizer to see their reaction. (You should see their shock!)

“vegitarians don’t eat meat so they don’t eat much fat” Bullshit!!! Anyone heard of nuts?!?!

  3. apleseed91 says:

@chizuru32 digesting slowly doesnt mean not at all, in fact it means you’ll be fuller longer because once its digested, you’re hungry again.

  4. Randy Laist says:

For an ideal compromise between carnivorism and vegetarianism, find out about mammaltarianism, a diet that excludes most mammal-meat.
    Search “Mammaltarian” on YouTube.
    Go mammals!

Oh yeah that book was good.

  6. dogsarebetter says:

I don’t get why they would discourage raw nuts and seeds. It’s animal derived fats that settle on your tush.

  7. natividaless says:

yeah I know.. But for close-minded ppl that don’t believe in that “crap”

  8. TheVeganicWitch says:

I don’t know how you can be “brainwashed” by the truth tho LOL

  9. TheVeganicWitch says:

The film Earthlings did it for me :-)

  10. natividaless says:

Hey, you should read the book “Skinny Bitch”.. it totally brain-washes you. That’s how I became vegan.

  11. natividaless says:

yep… happened to me EXACTLY how you described it.. I don’t even wanna smell meat products

  12. TheVeganicWitch says:

I’m just a garden variety vegan and I have had so many benefits. I can’t imagine how much better I would feel if I went raw food and no processed foods. I have been mostly raw before and I felt awesome but I have since fallen back on bad habits due to stress etc.

  13. blueshampoo44 says:

Thats amazing! I admire you I would love start a raw diet with no processing or chemicals but I just don’t know where to start!

  14. Lilith742007 says:

What they dont fucking say is how the fat in olive oil and nuts is healthy mono-unsaturated fats that help lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol. Its more no fat bull shit just be vegetarian or vegan, eat fat in moderation, and stay away from the popular “diets.” The popular “diets” are so bad for you.

  15. TheVeganicWitch says:

I eat no animal products whatsoever and it totally works. I lost 15 kgs (like 30 pounds or so) in a few months without going hungry once. And I was also one of those people who said they would never go veggie but I don’t miss anything from my former diet, once you learn how most of this stuff is produced having it around you and even smelling it makes you want to vomit!

  16. joethemusician says:

a well balanced veggie diet does wonder for health. I’m personally vegan but just becoming a vegan/vegetarian does not fix problems. It is very easy to gain weight as a veggie eater if you eat rubbish!
