    I’m a vegetarian. It’s a great lifestyle. I can’t imagine eating meat. In today’s world with the knowledge we have, their is no need to eat animals anymore.

    I”m not a full vegetarian because I will eat fish, eggs….. But only free open roam farm eggs when chickens are treated better…. I also have soy …. I will drink milk also on occasion… I will NEVER eat beef , chicken, pork, turkey again….. I will not support the cruelty of those animals…. makes me angry….

    I have just started teaching food classes at our local health food store, and I am getting ready to dive in and let folks know that dairy is not a necessity nor is any meat to get calcium or protein. Dairy and cattle industry would lead you to believe otherwise.
