The recipe looks very good but try to add to the ricotta & cottage cheese mixture.. I always consider that to be the most important part of the Lasagna :) This will add awesome flavor to it–1 Tbsp of fresh chopped Italian parsley, 1/8 tsp oregano, italian seasoning, garlic powder, minced garlic and basil. a pinch of nutmeg this is an old italian trick that brings the out the flavor of the ricotta, pinch of salt & pepper, 1 tsp of satued onions, 1/2 cup of Mozz cheese & parm cheese :)

Oh don’t get your panties all in a bunch how would you make it without cheese?

“healthy” LOL that contains sooo much fat and useless calories; there are better recipes which taste just as good and have half the calories per serving

Wow you must live in the sticks for no restaurants to have veggie lasagna within 2 hours. You can shop make and bake this in less time. As you can see it’s not rocket science. I’d recommend baking this for 30 minutes covered with foil and then 15 minutes uncovered to have some extra moisture evaporate. Lasagna is one of the easiest things to make I’m sure you’ll succeed. Thanks for watching!

  21. divinechef says:

One portion no problem! Just not the whole tray :)

  22. divinechef says:

Thank you. As a hint cover for half the baking time and uncovered the rest. This will help some moisture evaporate.
