    I buy free range eggs from a farmer down the road. I see his chikens running around free and happy. so I totally feel happy eating the eggs

    Your name is brands. You need to look up dr sebi. You can’t be raw vegan eating hybrid soy products. Usually uninformed people eat these highly processed foods and then say they were vegan but it didn’t work. Common sense alludes you.

    I’m vegetarian and eat eggs, but only occasionally because I have farmer friends who raise them the right way and treat them properly. Otherwise I would not eat eggs because of the points you made.

    Correct. I was actually raw vegan for a year, I felt AMAZING at first. Then I was having issues low B12, Low D, Too low cholesterol which is dangerous for women. Everyone has different composures and veganism isnt healthy for everyone. Before I knew of the dangers of soy I was eating it as my main staple now I suffer from Thyroid probs. and hormone issues. So much for the wonder food. Look up Kaayla T. Daniel Whole Soy Story. I’m on Weston Price now and never felt better.

    Not everything that is vegan is made with soy. I have been vegan for two and a half years, and 8 months of that I have been in the Army as Infantry serving the country of U.S. on vegan food, and you mean to tell me that your body was so weak that you couldn’t perform your daily tasks. Your “vegan teacher” is uneducated if he/she couldn’t teach you properly. I don’t have a teacher, and I am as healthy as ever, even while fighting and training in the most stressful conditions. Thanks though.

    Ok you are right about CFO raised animals but why abuse your own body to save an animal? Soy is a terribly unhealthy food and highly processed mostly. Look up Kayla Daniel on the subject, not enough room to explain here. The problem is that we need to get the word out about humanely raised free range and grassfed animals. Look up Joel Salatin he’s my hero of farming. + I’m a former vegan who wrecked my health by not getting enough vital nutrition, I was working with a professional vegan teacher.

    There are tons of recipes on the internet and on Youtube. Just google vegan recipes and you’ll see may come up.

    I ve been trying to go vegan for months but i was afraid of being starved, as im not in america. this is my first week vegan and im fed up with lectuce salad and tomato. Would it be possible to find a book online for me ???

    i’m vegan 5 mounths and i’m not getting back eating animals ! EVER ! , people go vegan i swear after 2 mounths you wont miss the meat anymore !

    why don’t you adopt all of the vegan eating habits and still eat bacon. you don’t have to claim the title of “vegan” … just eat a lot more fruits and vegetables and a lot fewer animal products :-)
