    I followed the plan and voila! I lost five pounds in nine days and it was so easy! At first I thought I would miss eating chicken–I don’t eat very much red meat–but I didn’t at all. The book promises you’ll start to feel better. I feel lighter, that’s for sure. I also like how this diet works for anybody, whatever you like to eat. Plus, it has really great tips. I need to lose about twenty more pounds and for the first time in my adult life, I feel like I am going to make it.

    I tried it for two weeks and have lost six pounds! It is so easy to follow. The best thing is the information is presented in a straight forward manner and I learned a lot about different foods and what I need to know about weight loss in this one small package.
