    This is by far one of the most beneficial and useful books on the market when it comes to diet plans,healthy eating and just feeling great! I have always been a big fan of eating organic foods, fruits and veggies mainly becuase of all of the garbage ingredients that are thrown into about 90 percent of the foods made or packaged in factories. This book truly outlines the great benefits of a vegetarian diet and the huge positive impact that vegetarian foods can have on a persons health and physic. The recipes in the book are very healthy and are actually very delicious as well. Oh and not to mention after about a week of applying these recipes to my diet I felt younger, had more energy, had faster reflexes, a clear mind and was able to lift more weight in the gym. Its incredible, I couldnt believe it!! Anyways to anyone who is looking to improve their health, increase strength or just feel great I absolutely and highly recommend this book. 5 Stars!

    This book is informative fun and easy to follow. Plus it saved me money on my grocery bill. A nice bonus to the fast easy and tasty recipes included in this book.     Thank you!! I love the Spanish potatoes with black bean burgers. Not only are the recipes awesome but the section about the famous vegetarians throughout history and the reasons why they were that way was really enlightening. I never knew Bill Clinton was vegetarian…another reason he’s my favorite president. It is awesome that you m=included the facts and myths about vegetarians and vegan. I still remember when I had never heard of a vegetarian and I thought a vegan meant you just ate nuts and berries. Food has never been so good and the variety is amazing when you have recipes like these to guide you. Awesome book for anyone thinking about becoming vegetarian or anyone who is one and just wants some new tasty ideas!
