    Growing up I was one of those that witnessed the dreaded pressure cooker blowing up with the contents ending up on the kitchen ceiling. For years I resisted even entertaining the idea of buying a pressure cooker but Jill Nussinow has officially converted me. After reading Jill’s book I started researching pressure cookers and ended up buying one. I will admit the first time I cooked with it I was just a bit nervous but Jill’s instructions made it so easy and now I am officially a convert. If you’ve had hesitations about buying or cooking with a pressure cooker, this book is a must. Not only are the instructions so very easy to follow, every meal I’ve made to date has been delicious!! Way to go Jill!! You have another convert!!

    The New Fast Food is changing my eating habits. As a newbie to pressure cooking, I have focused on cooking meat. I love whole grains, too, but my busy lifestyle has kept me from cooking them on a regular basis. This book has taught me to cook whole grains, dried beans and other healthy foods quickly. The recipes are easy to follow and very tasty. My meat-loving husband loves the results. Jill Nussinow explains how to adapt slow cooker and traditional recipes to the pressure cooker. I’m still experimenting and I’ve overcooked a couple of things, but most recipes have been very successful. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to incorporate healthy foods into their menu.

    I have two of Jill cookbook. She makes me feel very comfortable using the pressure cooker.
    It is because of her that i started to enjoy cooking again. I highly recommend either of her books. You can prepare meals quick and your family will love the dinner.
