    I still think certain supplements have value. Vitamin D is fine for people that don’t get a lot of sunlight. Humans spend much more time indoors than our ancestors.

    @running90away: like the video says, one should not reply on supplements for essential nutrients when changes in diet can provide them with whole foods. Some wild-caught salmon and grass-fed beef are whole food options that can provide those essential nutrients which we’ve evolved to rely upon our diet for. Research and trust your sources, live healthy.
