    This is my preliminary review.

The 1st recipe that I looked at “Carribean Vegetables” called for CHICKEN Broth? As a Pescatarian I am APPALLED although yes, I am aware that I can substitute vegetable broth! This was obviously not written by a vegetarian as they would NOT call for ANY animal product to be used with the expection of dairy/eggs. That’s my 2 cents for now.

The recipes would probably be good except they repeatedly called for chicken broth and just seeing that in the recipes repelled me from trying them, even though I know I can substitute vegetable broth. It was just disturbing to keep seeing animal products called for repeatedly in so many recipes in this book. This person knows absolutely nothing about being a vegetarian or how to write a book for one!

This vegetarian book considers bacon as a vegetable? hahahah Uses much butter. What serving size do these models eat, a teaspoon? The recipes look yummy and I will try them.
