    I made this last night. I have to say you make this look much easier than it was for me. My dough was very very sticky, I had to add quite a bit of flour after the 4 hour rise to be able to do anything with it. It was like a slime. Anyway, my naan is delicious but didn’t puff up quite as much as yours did. A very clean baking stone is important or you will have a smokey house! Thanks for the recipe!
