As a so called “Non-Cook”, this book offers a quick and simple solution to my kitchen inadequacies. The recipes are delicious and easy to prepare, and did I mention I don’t have to COOK them! So far I’ve tried the spring rolls and the veggie wraps. I was able to prepare both of these recipes in about 15 minutes (not including refrigerate time for the spring rolls) and they were both scrumptious. I just want to say thank you to the author for making a simple recipe book that met my needs. I look forward to your future volumes. Thanks!

Too often it feels like you have to decide between food that is good for you and food that tastes good. Like a lot of Americans, I’ve always had trouble finding foods that satisfy in both of those areas at once. I’ve also never been much of a cook and I don’t particularly enjoy standing in front of a stove for long periods of time, so this book pretty much hit just right in every possible way for me. All of the recipes I’ve tried are very good (particularly the veggie wrap delight, which is unbelievable!) they’re very good for you, and none of them require you to cook. Some of them take a bit of time to prepare, and I’m sure I’ll get around to trying them eventually, and others are exceptionally simple. You eat well, you eat healthy, and you never have to turn on an oven or a stove. Great stuff.
