Hi, I’m Kardena Pauza and I am a fitness trainer and a certified nutritionist. I teach people how to cook vegetarian, vegan and raw foods and have done this for the past 4 years. I grew up on the standard Western diet of hamburgers, pizzas and Kool-Aid. I decided to start to transition into eating healthy foods like fish, chicken and salads. I felt better after I cut out the red meats. About 5 years ago, I decided to test my health and found I still had challenges going on. Thats when I decided to try a vegetarian lifestyle for 6 months. I then went back in to have the same medical tests done and found that all of my health issues were gone! It was amazing and I realized at that point that I was onto something great! The best part was I felt great, my body was doing better and I realized this is the lifestyle I want to live and I knew I wanted to educate people and teach them about this way of eating. I found that it gave me a lot of energy and really helped to stay lean and it kept the fat away.
