    Also, I’m not a cook so, roasted is a mystery to me. I used bake on my oven. Maybe you could include simple instructions. After all, we are watching a video about cooking potatoes!

    Again, thanks, I used your video to make my potatoes. I added butter, onions, apples and cut up asparagus after 20 minutes. My family love them. :-)

    WOW! i made these with small pre washed potatoes, had no olive oil so i just rubbed margarine all over em. threw em in the toaster oven. and they came out GOOOOOD. only took 25 min for me. Thanks one pot chef.

    Par-boiling can reduce the cooking time slightly, but when the potatoes are cut up like in this video, it’s not really worth it as there is no real time saving 😉

    Thank you so much for this clear instruction. I always slice potatoes and roast them for 20-30 minutes. I guess that’s not really how roasted potatoes are supposed to be. I will try cutting them in quarters like you did and try it this way. Crisp on the outside and soft in the inside sounds very good. Thanks :)
