You may be able to buy it, depending on where you live, but if you can make it if you need to. What is great about almond powder is it has no bleaching process and it is low glycemic, which means it won’t convert to sugar in your body and cause blood sugar and insulin problems. It’s also very high in fiber and nutrient value. Add about 2 cups of almonds and a little more than 4 cups of water into a high powered blender. You SHOULDN’T use paint strainers from home depot and other DIY/home improvement stores-those bags are industrial grade and may contain chemicals/lead etc-which are not food safe! please buy only food-grade strainers!! Other than that, I really enjoyed your video-I’ve been trying to find a healthier way to make cranberry orange scones and I really liked your idea of using almond meal! Great idea/great video! Keep those recipes coming!
