Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

    I absolutely agree that Americans need to drastically change their eating habits and incorporate more fruits, vegetables and whole grains in their diet. I’ve always loved veggies and fruits. However, I think that she is a bit misleading in certain aspects. Such as saying that salmon is 53% fat, there are different types of fats, salmon is polyunsaturated fat and is actually quite good for you! You cant AVOID fats altogether, but you can pick SMARTER choices in fats tho!

    The liver makes cholesterol in response to oxidative stress…It’s not the cholesterol you eat that is worrisome. Omega-6 oils are very dangerous. Eggs are actually good for you when the yolk is eaten raw [soft boiled egg]…Be caeful of soy products especially GMO soy….Mimics estrogen in the body and has been linked to estrogen related cancers.

    WHY NOT? While eating raw vegetarian is even better than this the lady is teaching a far better diet than the Standard American Diet (S.A.D. diet) You are speaking from ignorance or wrong motivation, certainly not from education. I have studied nutrition for 30 years and only learned what this lady knows about six years ago. I have come a little further than she has but I would certainly want someone to follow her advice over eating the SAD diet. I would leave out the soy though.
