Get your FREE 7-day Vegetarian Meal Plan from: www.KardenasKitchen.com Hi! This is Kardena Pauza from www.Kardenaskitchen.com and www.EasyVeggieMealPlans.com and Happy Holidays to all of you. It’s that time of year to buy all those gifts for your special friends and family members. If you don’t know what to buy that vegetarian friend in your life, I’m going to help you with some great healthy ideas they will love. My first suggestion is a reusable Chico bag. I use these all the time. It’s so small that I can carry it in my purse and I can open it up wherever I need it. These are also really great to use when you go to a farmer’s market. A dehydrator is also a great idea for a gift. You can make crackers, natural fruit roll-ups or the holiday scones that I showed you last week. The 3rd gift idea is a powerful blender. Mine is a 3HP blender. It’s amazing how strong it is, but well worth it. If you don’t want to spend that much, you can try a little blender called “The Magic Blender”. It’s so fast and easy to use, this is a great idea. It’s also very budget friendly. Another idea is a Vegetarian cookbook. My Easy Veggie Meal Plans have about 250 different meals and recipes and it is also an amazing 90-day weight loss plan! but seriously people are not getting enough protein in their diets, the recommended is one half your body weight in grams of protein up to one gram per pound. Whey protein is an exigent way to get this Body Fortress Is the brand I use it’s about $15 for 2pounds and the vanilla and strawberry taste great the chocolate is not good at all though. Mix it with just water, or blend it with ice berries and juice for a smoothie, or blend with milk and toss in a banana.

Totally! They are great. I have about 5 of them and I leave them in my car so when I go to the store I already have them ready to go. You gotta get some!

Another gift idea is the reusable mesh bags for buying and carrying your veggies in, instead of the plastic ones they have at the store. I don’t have any yet but I want some!
