If you have a tough time consistently eating a healthy breakfast, this is the book for you! I love the fact that all of the recipes are vegetarian, but for anyone who doesn’t care about this, get the book anyway because the recipes are delicious and with 27 different recipes, you won’t get bored. Eating a healthy breakfast is easy with this book.

    “27 Delicious and Nutritious Vegetarian Breakfast Recipes” was a pleasant surprise! Shelley created a short, simple cookbook that offered a lot of creative options. There were tons of ways to vary your oatmeal, your pancakes, as well as options with fruit and egg recipes. I believe all of us can benefit from eating without meat at times – health wise and money wise. Shelley has shown us that you still have a lot of options. I can’t wait to try the “Carrot Cake Oatmeal”. Thanks for getting us out of our breakfast rut! I look forward to other recipe books by Shelley Lynne.

    breakfast is also my favorite meal.these recipes are delightful.the nutrional information is great.one caution,there are some recipes at 757 calories!
