    Hi there, don’t be scared there are lots of options out there that are great meat replacements. Look into something called Seitan its a very popular meat substitute and can be seasoned and flavored to your liking. You can also try tofu. Just take it slow and replace a few meals to see how you like it, you want to make sure that you are getting enough protein throughout the day. :)

    It honestly became very hard to keep up with it. I was almost unable to go out to eat to any restaurants, plus I really like to have diary products once in a while
